Civil Project Manager - Water & Water waste | Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects in a collaborative team environment, promoting a “one team” approach;
• Ensure full compliance with HSQE standards and foster a strong safety culture on-site;
• Lead civil and building works, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams;
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery;
• Oversee site operations, including planning, performance, risks and reporting;
• Manage procurement, subcontractors and project cashflow within budget;
• Conduct site inspections, meetings and ensure all documentation is up to date;
• Support team development through mentoring, training and resource planning;
• Contribute to tendering activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (water/wastewater preferred);
• Degree in Civil Engineering;
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and site safety practices;
• Experience in civil works (earthworks, concrete, pipelines, buildings);
• Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools (e.g. MS Project);
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work under pressure;
• Full driving licence.
