About the Role: Reporting directly to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO), you'll spearhead the development and execution of our analytics strategy, focusing on leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and implement customer-centric initiatives. Your mission? To harness the power of our data assets, propel our digital agenda forward, and cultivate a truly data-driven culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy to unlock the full potential of our data assets. * Drive the development of cutting-edge analytics capabilities to enhance revenue generation, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate closely with IT and Business executives to implement state-of-the-art data technologies tailored to our needs. * Lead and mentor a dynamic team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Requirements: * 8+ years of experience in data analytics, including 4+ years in a leadership role. * Expertise in data warehouse architecture, data engineering principles, and data management tools. * Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. * Deep understanding of the banking industry and the role of data in driving business success. * Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies is a plus.
