Senior .Net Back -end Engineer

Responsabilities:

• Lead Development Efforts: Take ownership of the design, architecture, and development of backend solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Backend Solution Design: Create complex backend systems using .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, delivering robust and maintainable solutions for high-impact projects.
• Collaborate and Contribute: Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, propose technical solutions, and participate in architecture discussions.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and cloud strategies.
• Cloud-Native Development: Build and optimize cloud-native applications on the Azure platform, using modern tools and techniques.
• Drive Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system integrations while advocating for microservices and DevOps best practices.
• Quality Code: Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to established standards, while participating in peer code reviews to uphold quality.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with .NET technologies, particularly C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and automated monitoring.
• Proficiency in relational databases like SQL Server, with experience in performance optimization.
• Expertise in containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (or other major providers like AWS, Google Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable, secure backend solutions.
• Experience working in agile development teams and thriving in fast-paced environments.
• A history of mentoring and guiding team members to achieve technical excellence.
