Site Reliability Engineer
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems and services. You’ll work closely with our Product and Development teams to design, deliver, and support new functionality while driving improvements to system reliability and automation.
Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with Development and Product Management to build new, resilient system features.

Performing in-depth analyses of system reliability issues and implementing sustainable, long-term solutions.

Driving standardization initiatives across infrastructure, services, and operational practices with fellow SREs.

Identifying and executing automation opportunities for deployment, system management, and observability.

Balancing sprint-based project work with agile operational support in a dynamic environment.

Participating in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule (12-hour shifts).
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

Proven experience in building and maintaining fault-tolerant, scalable systems.

Hands-on expertise with database technologies like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL solutions.

Strong skills in Configuration Management and CI/CD tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Practical experience deploying and managing production workloads on Microsoft Azure.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Go, or JVM-based languages.

Solid understanding of continuous integration, deployment, and operational best practices.

Experience managing Windows-based infrastructure with IIS-hosted applications.

A problem-solving mindset with a drive to automate and improve wherever possible.

A passion for tackling tough reliability challenges and proactively preventing future issues.
