Application Support Technician
Our client, an Iberian investment bank, is seeking a Technician to join their Development and Application Support Department, within the Application Support team. You will be responsible for resolving incidents and providing application support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of the group’s applications.
- Provide first-line support for group applications, covering both Front Office and Back Office areas.
- Create custom reports and listings for the Consumer Finance and Banking areas.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Experience with relational databases (a plus) - SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Strong learning ability, adaptability, and a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across different levels.
- Native Portuguese and advanced English skills (spoken and written).
