Business Process Owner - O2C
Our client is an international company in the mobility and car rental sector, operating across multiple markets and focused on delivering innovative, flexible, and customer‑centric solutions.
They are looking for a Business Process Owner – Order to Cash (O2C) who will focus on the standardisation and alignment of O2C processes across the organisation. The role sits within the Quality & Continuous Improvement team and requires strong experience in business communication and implementation projects. You will be responsible for designing and operating the governance framework for O2C topics, while managing end-to-end O2C solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Ownership & Governance: Own and design the future-state O2C process framework, ensuring strong governance across process, system, and organisational changes.
- Global Standardisation: Lead the alignment of O2C processes across countries, working with international stakeholders and Shared Service Centres to improve process consistency and maturity.
- Process Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear process documentation and promote best-practice sharing across the group.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Define process flows, KPIs, and business rules, and build a roadmap for ongoing O2C improvements, including IT projects and training initiatives.
- Benchmarking & Market Alignment: Regularly benchmark O2C processes against competitors and industry standards to ensure continuous evolution.
- End-to-End Solution Management: Manage the full lifecycle of O2C solutions, including design, gap analysis, change management, testing, roll-out, and operational support.
- Performance Measurement: Implement and track KPIs and reporting metrics to monitor O2C effectiveness across the organisation.
What You Bring
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience, specifically within Finance and Project Management.
- Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in GSuite and Excel; Oracle Financials is a plus.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and present clearly across all levels of the organisation.
- Language Requirement: Fluent in English (mandatory).
