Our client is a French company that works on the field of food services and facilities management that is looking for a Freelance C# Developer/Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your mission is to leverage your expertise in C# development to guide the development team, and drive the technical direction of the company projects

Responsibilities

• Perform regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. Provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Help team members overcome technical challenges and enhance their C# development skills.
• Oversee the testing process, ensuring thorough testing and debugging, and maintaining the quality and reliability of the software.
• Collaborate with project managers to estimate development efforts, plan and execute project milestones, and report on progress.
• Take the lead in technical decision-making, design, and development, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Preferable experience as a C# Developer, .NET , MySql and SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Mandatory to know English
