We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Fiber Optics Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our client's Fiber Optics department. Your tasks will include information management, system updates, and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the best practices in our client's Fiber Optic network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily tasks within the specified area of operation to ensure the fulfillment of established objectives and procedures.

• Possess a solid understanding of P2P, Core, and FTTH Fiber Optic networks, as well as the characteristics of FO cables and optical splitters.

• Demonstrate knowledge of general civil infrastructure in underground, aerial, building facades, ITED, and ITUR environments.

• Establish and maintain effective communication with public and private entities to expedite authorization, licensing, and policing processes.

• Coordinate the submission of information for the adjudication of Core, P2P, and FTTH Fiber Optic network projects.

• Utilize infrastructure registration tools (preferably PNI) effectively.

• Ensure compliance with provisioning SLAs defined by the company.

• Meet SLAs for fault resolution within the team.

• Supervise and oversee Fiber Optic work to guarantee the application of best practices.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.

• Preferably, experience in the telecommunications sector.

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Knowledge of telecommunications networks.

• Familiarity with geographic tools.

• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is optional.
