At Robert Walters we are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of IT Risk and Security Officer. The selected candidate will join a cross-functional team, focusing on cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will contribute to various aspects of cybersecurity initiatives and projects while maintaining a strong focus on risk analysis, awareness campaigns, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy Cybersecurity Awareness Campaigns: Develop and execute cybersecurity awareness initiatives within the organization.

• Support Business Line in Risk Analysis Process: Assist in the risk analysis process, providing insights and recommendations.

• Follow-Up of Cybersecurity Incidents and Requests: Monitor and manage cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

• Manage Audits and IT Group Provider Guidelines: Oversee audits, ensuring compliance with IT group provider guidelines.

• IT Backup Plan and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain IT backup plans and scenarios for the business continuity plan. Conduct annual exercises to test and improve the effectiveness of the plans.

• Respond to Group Controls and Reportings:
Address group controls and contribute to security engagements/documentation for clients.

• Support Committees with Inputs & Metrics: Provide necessary inputs and metrics to support various committees.

• Drive IT Security Projects with Stakeholders: Occasionally lead IT security projects in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on cybersecurity project management.

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (mandatory), proficiency in English.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge in Teams and Microsoft solutions (Office 365, Power BI) and Data Compliance awareness.
