A leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry is searching for an experienced strategic/program manager. They believe in pushing the boundaries of human science and data science to make the biggest impact possible – to help their customers create a healthier world.
Responsibilities:
- The role is focused on ensuring optimal outcomes for critical programs & projects, taking responsibility to ensure that appropriate structure and governance is in place to understand, plan, track and communicate across all teams and stakeholders.
- Take ownership to drive projects to completion across all functions of the business.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, providing new perspectives and innovative ways of working
- Develop practical program governance to provide oversight for stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide clarity on approach, status & risks and facilitating good decision making.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint slides to communicate complicated subjects and status updates for executive leadership.
- Understand critical drivers and objectives, and define KPI frameworks where appropriate that provide valuable insight into overall performance.
Requirements:
- Able to understand and shape the big picture, while diving into details with experts as needed to understand risk, mitigation & communicate effectively.
- Very strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
- Project management experience, comfortable with establishing governance structures.
- 5+ years’ experience in either Digital Marketing or Software Development functions, 3 of which in a project management role.
