A global technology company, with presence in over 70 countries and more than 30 years of experience, in delivering fleet management software for rental, leasing and mobility businesses worldwide, is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst. The company pretends to invest in the business to develop a best-in-class scalable solution for the future of mobility, with the vision of being recognized as a vanguard for mobility solutions.
As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Eager to learn and ambitious to grow professionally
Nice to have
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control is a plus
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products is a plus
