With presence in over 70 countries, backed by an experienced pool of investors and supporting market leaders such as Europcar, Enterprise and LeasePlan, is now looking to invest in the business to develop a best-in-class scalable solution for the future of mobility.
As a helpdesk Analyst you must be able to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems and have good technical knowledge. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively, understand the problem and explain its solution.
The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English or French
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control is a plus
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products is a plus
