An innovative, trustworthy and experienced company is looking for fullstack Software Engineer Team Lead position to help with the company to achieve a better performance regarding digital transformation and business growth.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team to develop customized software for national and international clients across various industries
-
Code new features, improvements, and bug fixes
-
Propose alternative solutions, workarounds, or shortcuts
-
Test, debug, document, and provide support and leadership for the team
Requirements:
-
University's degree in computer science, technology, or an engineering-related field
-
At least 3-4 years of experience with Java, Java-related frameworks, and JEE specifications (JPA, JAX...)
-
Knowledge or experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
-
Experience with version control tools, CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and testing automation processes
-
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a desire to be a team leader
-
Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
-
Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills
