Solution Delivery Manager

Consultancy services towards the implementation of Management Systems, Logistics and Information Systems. The firm is proficient in Hospital Engineering areas, namely those concerning the design and implementation of projects pertaining healthcare logistical infrastructures. In order to ensure coverage of all these areas, the business is the sole representative of a range of healthcare equipment’s that enable the firm to offer integrated and independent solutions.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you must be able to lead and advise customers through processes and take lead ownership. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively, understand the problem and explain its solution.

• Leading and advising customers through processes, technical and non-technical solutions

• Knowledge and understanding of working with data including analysis and transformation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong influencing skills

• Able to analyze and interpret data to define next steps

• Handle multiple and changing priorities with multiple customers

• Conduct acceptance tests and implement new solutions

• Monitoring and managing user change

• Key-user and administrator training

• Reviewing and updating user manuals and product documentation

The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Engineering or Business administration

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management or implementing new solutions

• Previous experience in the Health Care sector

• Very good command of written and spoken English

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Teaching Aptitude Certificates (CAP)/ ideally but not compulsory
