They currently have more than 2.000.000 users in Europe and Africa and they are proud to be amongst the most dynamic start-ups in those countries.
Your position:
- You will be managing a team of operations Associates
- Manage the acquisitions and improving the existing ones
- You will be responsible of the retention of the end users
- You will be responsible for the commitment of the users (how to maximize the usage of the app), communicate with the users, monitoring performance and bring up new ideas.
- You will define the best channels to coordinate and achieve the objective of the app to become the best in class
- You will be organizing (online) events, meetings and partnerships
- You will set up CRM campaigns
Experience
- You have experience leading and managing a team
- You are a great communicator
- You have experience on working on different projects
- You speak at least English and Portuguese
- You are a creative sales person
