A great start-up in Lisbon is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
- Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
- Own the relationship with new and existing customers including: on-boarding, account growth, new product adoption, and renewals
- Be able to understand your customer’s critical issues
- Bring intelligent and relevant product feedback and recommendations from customers
- Provide business, technical, and product knowledge and develop/execute effective success plans to drive customer outcomes.
At least 2 years experience in a Customer facing role. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce. Time management skills. Ability to build strong relationships across the organization. Experience in customer success techniques and strategies. Fluent in English.
