Consumer Market Development specialist (Key Account Retail) – B2C For this position the successful candidate will sell IT products to retailers in the country. Therefor acts as the company’s business card and expands retail customer network. React on market movements and competitors’ change processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Position and drive the business in the retail segment

  • Prioritize and manage accounts across the retails segment, driving accurate pricing and customer driven product mix.

  • Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships and satisfaction with retailers

  • Create market analyses to identify, develop and conclude new sales opportunities.

  • Extend customer base to increase the company’s market share

  • Prepare and analyze reports to identify customer demands, stock, and pricing issues; ensure accurate and predictable forecasting

  • Execute inventory management – control, response and escalate in fulfilment, retail, and e-tail stocks

  • Prospecting and attracting new customers in the Retail channel

  • Maintain and optimize the existing customer portfolio in the Retail channel

  • GPM Country

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Study degree with technical background, focus on business, marketing, sales, or engineering, or equivalent qualification

  • 5 years in sales retail experience in IT company

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES LANGUAGES

  • Strategic thinking, financial orientation, managing change

  • Sound technical knowledge as well as knowledge of branch and products

  • Very good communication and negotiation skills

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Customer and service-oriented attitude

  • Fast perception

  • Fluency in English

  • Portuguese
