Our client is a prominent Portuguese multinational group with a presence in several countries. They are currently seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join their Marketing & Communications team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing social media strategies aimed at enhancing the brand's presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute the brand’s social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok. Ensure content meets high standards and monitor the brand’s digital footprint on each platform.
• Agency Collaboration: Oversee the collaboration with agency partner to effectively implement the brand’s social media strategy. Create detailed briefings for content production, covering creative direction and scheduling.
• Performance Monitoring: Validate agency-produced content, manage content scheduling, and track the brand’s digital footprint and social media KPIs to optimise engagement and reach through analytics.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Brand Management team to identify key communication themes and requirements to promote relevant content aligned with brand needs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing teams for cohesive content development.
• Influencer Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators, oversee outreach initiatives and assess campaign effectiveness.
Must Have:
• At least 6 years of experience specialising in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
• Academic background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the latest digital trends and social media technologies, along with proficiency in data analysis to refine and optimise outreach strategies.
• Outstanding writing and editorial abilities; demonstrated creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to collaboration across various company divisions; proven organisational skills, capable of effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
