We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and help lead our agency to new heights.

Position Overview

As the COO, you will be a key member of our executive team and play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the agency. You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency, and driving growth. The COO will work closely with the CEO and other department heads to develop and execute strategies that align with our agency's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Provide leadership and direction to the agency's operational teams, including project management, client services, and production departments.
• Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance productivity and quality of deliverables.
• Continuously monitor and optimize operational performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets.

Strategic Planning

• Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to define the agency's long-term strategic vision and goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment across all departments.
• Identify growth opportunities and market trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Financial Management

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure financial stability and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, making recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.

Client Satisfaction

• Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective client communication.
• Foster a client-centric culture within the agency and lead efforts to exceed client expectations.

Team Development

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a digital marketing agency or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
