Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end project workflow, from project initiation to completion. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project timelines.
• Efficiently allocate resources, including team members, tools, and assets, to meet project requirements and deadlines. Identify and resolve resource conflicts proactively.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the agency team, ensuring that client expectations are understood, communicated, and met. Keep clients informed of project progress and manage their feedback effectively.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the agency's quality standards. Conduct reviews and quality checks before client submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or traffic management in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and workflows.
• Speaking French is a plus.
