Our client is a multinational digital marketing agency operating on a global scale working with a large diversity set of clients cross many different industries all over the world. We are looking for a senior paid media manager to help us to strengthen the team.

Your Day to day activities

• As a valued team member, you'll be responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of Paid Search campaigns across multiple clients. Your primary objective will be to not only meet but exceed our clients' goals. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough keyword research, crafting and testing ad copy, and providing insights on landing pages, all with a clear focus on enhancing Return on Investment (ROI) and Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA).
• You'll leverage a data-driven approach to implement strategies that maximize ROI. This includes but is not limited to activities such as mobile bid adjustments, geo-targeting, bid strategies, dayparting, and ad extensions. Your role will also involve drawing actionable insights, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the strategic direction of client accounts. You'll compile your findings into comprehensive reports for each client, spanning various platforms.
• Maintaining open lines of communication, you'll provide regular updates on clients and campaign progress to Managers. When necessary, you'll engage with clients directly, ensuring they are well-informed about campaign management and overall operations.
• With an appetite for continuous learning, you'll keep yourself updated on the latest developments and best practices in Paid Search. You'll eagerly apply this newfound knowledge to enhance the performance of existing client campaigns.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to extract actionable insights from diverse data sources. You're adept at recognizing correlations and attuned to long-term account trends, recognizing the importance of data in the realm of Paid Search.
• Exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to meet deadlines efficiently without requiring constant oversight. You're comfortable managing multiple accounts and can perform effectively under pressure. When challenges arise, you tackle them swiftly and decisively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English. You're at ease working with an international client base.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Problem-solving aptitude, combined with determination to overcome obstacles. You anticipate potential issues and proactively provide solutions.
