This company is based in London, owns several world-class brands in the financial space, with services in the areas of foreign exchange and treasury, multi-currency management and remittances. Their mission is to provide their clients with the specialist knowledge and experience needed to take advantage of today’s fast-moving global markets. They are now looking for a Mobile Developer to join their teams in Portugal.
Responsibilities
• Designs and codes features, tests and other hybrid mobile application components to meet the needs of the business
• Perform code reviews and automate/develop unit/end-to-end testing of software systems within their domain, focused on software quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with an internal team of front-end developers, backend developers, and quality assurance team to implement requirements
• Ensure code is adhering to necessary security standards
• Assist with the UX design of mobile applications
• Support to DevOps test planning and execution
• Follow the Agile Scrum framework
Requirements
• 3 years experience developing hybrid mobile applications, with Ionic, Angular, CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript and other broadly used development technologies
• Has delivered hybrid mobile applications that work on both Android and IOS using these technologies
• Experience in integrating API’s and SDKs
• Knowledgeable in mobile security standards and best practices
• Strong knowledge of mobile specific functionality such as location, push notifications, camera, etc.
• Working experience with Source Control Management tools such as Subversion and/or GIT
• English proficiency
