Implementation Coordinator

Our client, an international car rental company, is hiring a Franchise Implementation Coordinator.

Mission of our client

Our client operates in the international mobility and car rental sector and is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Franchise Implementation Coordinator. The mission of this role is to support the successful implementation and onboarding of franchise partners across multiple countries, ensuring strong collaboration, operational alignment, and a consistent franchise experience throughout the network.

Primary responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for franchise partners, brokers, and sales teams.

• Manage and prioritize relationships with franchisees and brokers, including regular check-ins and performance tracking.

• Support smooth onboarding and operational alignment for new franchisees.

• Provide guidance on franchise agreements, policies, and procedures.

• Facilitate communication between franchisees and internal teams.

• Monitor franchise implementation projects to ensure timelines and objectives are met.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to franchise activities and connections.

• Support the development and execution of franchise training programs.

• Track and report on the progress of franchise connections and address any issues promptly.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. They are comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Knowledge of franchise systems and operations is preferred, and prior experience in franchise support or similar roles is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, while French language skills are a strong plus.
