Marketing and Digital Specialist
Our client, an Iberian investment bank, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Department. The role focuses on brand management, content creation, and digital channel management, contributing to lead generation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage the digital communication strategy across all channels, including paid media, product promotion, and lead generation.
- Performance Measurement: Track, analyse, and optimise KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness and support marketing goals.
- Market & Competitor Insights: Conduct research to support business strategy and identify opportunities.
- Marketing Operations Support: Ensure smooth execution of marketing processes and provide support to internal teams, agencies, and international offices.
- Website & Platform Management: Oversee the website, landing pages, and all digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, usability, and continuous improvement.
- Social Media Management: Plan and create LinkedIn and Instagram content to strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
- Creative Development: Design and adapt digital assets, including campaign materials, presentations, commercial documents, and email marketing communications.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and update contractual documentation in line with brand and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring:
- Education & Background: Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in digitally focused marketing roles.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Skilled in managing digital campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, tracking KPIs, and using tools such as Looker Studio, GA4, and Tag Manager.
- Content Development Skills: Ability to produce content for websites, social media, presentations, and email marketing, following SEO best practices.
- Design Proficiency: Experience creating visual materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress) and social media back-office tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a high degree of organisation, autonomy, and responsibility.
- Preferred Experience: Background in financial services or regulated environments.
- Languages: Native Portuguese, advanced English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
