E-commerce Specialist
Our client is a prestigious global brand, renowned for quality, innovation, and iconic products. They’re looking for an eCommerce Specialist to support the growth of the online channel in the Portuguese market while ensuring a premium, brand-consistent experience. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day eCommerce activities, optimise conversion, implement commercial campaigns, handle community management, and collaborate closely with the marketing and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Website & Online Store Management: Oversee and optimise the corporate website and online store (content, product setup, UX, and conversion).
- Product Content Management: Create, publish, and maintain all product references (SKUs), ensuring accurate and consistent information and visuals.
- Commercial Planning: Execute local commercial plans aligned with global strategy and business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse channel performance (traffic, conversions, KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the global eCommerce team and external partners such as agencies and developers.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure the digital customer journey reflects a premium and consistent brand experience.
- Omnichannel Support: Work with the retail team to integrate omnichannel initiatives such as click & collect and online reservations.
- Team Support: Provide support to the eCommerce Manager of Iberia.
What You Bring
- Education: Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Solid experience in eCommerce or digital roles, ideally within premium or retail brands, with hands-on experience in online sales and customer journey optimisation.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (WordPress, Commercetools, Pimcore), CRM tools, Power BI, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, UX, and web analytics.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills for working with international teams, and a proactive, solution-oriented, execution-focused mindset.
- Languages: Native Portuguese, fluent English (mandatory), Spanish is a plus.
