International BPO company is currently searching for its New Business Development Manager to support the expansion of their operations on international nearshore markets.
About the New Business Development Manager role (flexibility located in Greater Lisbon Area or Western Europe)
The New Business Development Manager will lead and oversee new business expansion engaging international key accounts on nearshore BPO tailor-made services. Reporting to the General Manager, the New Business Manager will be responsible for the overall sales effort and its main functions will be to:
- Identify and engage new prospects on international markets, qualifying any new opportunity
- Design, build and propose personalized consultative solutions to new prospects managing multiple selling strategies and developing a scalable pricing strategy
- Be an active partner in organizing all the company efforts on-boarding new accounts, arranging resources and building a proposal engagement team
- Develop a solid trusted relationships with key prospective C-level stakeholders
- Report to the Board on New Business targets achievements and identify and implement any improvement actions if needed
For this position based in Lisbon, we require a dynamic, self-driven mid-Senior profile with at least 10-years+ experience in a similar role in BPO, BFSI, TelCo and E-commerce.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory, a third European Language such as Spanish or French would be a strong asset, strong analytic and strategic outlook of the industry as well as proven leadership, hands-on attitude and communication skills are mandatory.
