Our client is a professional law firm with office in Lisbon. They are currently seeking a talented lawyer to join and develop the tax and corporate law department. This lawyer will have the opportunity to join a dynamic medium team with an outlined career progression plan.

About the Job:
- Legal assistance to different client in the area of Tax Law;
- Drafting of legal opinions in the tax field, namely within the scope of taxation on the income of natural/legal persons, assets, expenses and tax benefits;
- Legal and tax advice on the creation of companies and business development, such as company restructuring operation, mergers and asset management in general;
- Participation in the development of the firms' current client portfolio, as well as prospecting for other potential clients;
- Assistance in Tax and Corporate.

About the Candidate:
• A law degree from Portuguese university;
• Registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;
• At least 3-6 years' professional experience in the relevant area (tax and corporate law);
• Fluency in English and other languages shall be valued;
• Commercial aspect on the profile;
• Flexibility, dynamism and versatility.
