Labor Lawyer

Our client is an acclaimed law firm located in the heart of Lisbon which the fundamental aims are at satisfying the overall needs of its national and international clients and is currently hiring a Junior Labor Lawyer. This lawyer will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and jovial team with an outlined career progression plan.

Responsibilities:

Ø Involvement in the operations of the firm's Employment Law and Social Security Department;
Ø Support across the range of employment law matters, namely in the negotiation, signing/termination of employment of agreements;
Ø Legal assistance in matters of collective hiring, namely preparation, negotiation, entering into and implementation of agreements;
Ø Support to Labor Litigation matters;

Requirements:

Ø Degree in Law in a Portuguese University;
Ø Enrollment in the Portuguese Bar Association;
Ø Professional experience between 1 and 3 years in a similar position (including traineeship with the Portuguese Bar Association);
Ø Fluency in English (mandatory);
Ø Client-orientation and focus on results;
Ø Soft-skills: good interpersonal relationship skills, flexibility and dynamism;
