Industry Junior Consultant

We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Junior Consultant for our Industry Division in our Lisbon Engineering team. In Portugal, we place candidates on a permanent and interim basis in all the fields of Engineering: Manufacturing, Industry, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Energy, Construction and Infrastructures, Pharma, Biotech and Healthcare.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identifying business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates
• Organising and attending meetings with prospective clients
• Developing existing relationships
• Sending CVs to clients, either for existing roles or on a speculative basis
• Developing an understanding of the market

Requirements:

At Robert Walters, previous recruitment experience is not a requirement. Many of our consultants have backgrounds in the industries for which they now recruit and as a result add significant value to both our clients and candidates.
