Sehr is a startup advisor and People/HR consultant. Previously, Sehr was on the senior leadership team at RigUp and IPSY where she joined early as their first Head of People and helped scale both organizations to hundreds of employees and multi-billion dollar valuations. Organizations Sehr has led have been named Best Companies to Work For, Career-Launching Companies, and have been backed by top-tier investors such as a16z, TPG, and Founders Fund. Paula Judge

VP Talent at Accel

Paula Judge joined Accel in 2018 to focus on Accel’s talent efforts. Prior to Accel, Paula led Americas go-to-market recruiting efforts at Palo Alto Networks. She joined Palo Alto Networks from Heidrick and Struggles, where she conducted executive level searches for the technology practice. She began her career in the non-profit sector, holding a number of fundraising and programmatic roles with San Francisco Ballet and the Toigo Foundation. Paula grew up in Massachusetts, earning a degree in History from UCLA.

Head of Design Alto Pharmacy

Scott has a passion for people, believing that at the core of any great experience or any great team is an understanding of the people that reside there. Having led teams as both a Firefighter and now as a Design Leader, he has diverse experience uniting and inspiring large groups of individuals to move in sync toward successful outcomes. Currently at Alto Pharmacy; Scott is designing, building and ultimately supporting a growing Design Organization that is responsible for creating the next generation of pharmacy via customer-centric product, service and brand experiences.
