People Support Services Manager (GBS)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Support Services Manager to join a new HR shared services hub in Lisbon. This Manager will have the opportunity to help building a new team from scratch, reporting directly to the People Support Services Head, based in Lisbon.

The PSS Manager is responsible for operationally managing and delivering HR People Support Services, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes in alignment with the PSS Lisbon Center’s strategic objectives. This role focuses on service delivery, team management, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations (Hire-to-Retire) including onboarding, data management, C&B, L&D and mobility
• Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs and governance standards
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
• Act as a key contact for HR Business Partners and stakeholders
• Support change management and HR transformation projects

Profile

• 8+ years in HR Operations / Shared Services, with leadership experience
• Background in multinational and matrix environments
• Strong knowledge of Workday and/or ServiceNow
• Proactive, collaborative and customer-focused mindset
