What you'll do:

As the IT Division Manager at Robert Walters, you will play a key role in driving success for the team, ensuring financial and operational targets are achieved. You will lead, develop, and inspire your team while identifying opportunities for growth and promoting the Robert Walters brand to clients and candidates in the IT market.

• Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of two consultants, providing the necessary training and support to help them excel.
• Performance Oversight: Conduct salary reviews, allocate bonuses, and identify ways to improve individual and team performance.
• Business Development: Drive growth by developing new client relationships, networking, and promoting the Robert Walters brand within the IT sector.
• Client Partnership: Understand each client’s organization and ensure they are matched with the most suitable candidates.
• Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement short- and long-term recruitment strategies tailored to your clients’ goals.
