HR & Payroll Specialist

Leading multinational in the Real State and Investments company is currently searching a HR & Payroll for its facilities based in Lisbon.

The HR & Payroll Specialist will be responsible for or identifying issues in the HR department and resolving them. You will also be responsible for giving recommendations to the HR Manager on improvements of various HR processes.　　

Reporting to the Head of HR the HR & Payroll Specialist The main functions will be to:

• Be responsible for payroll (A-Z) and Social Security and all legal and tax obligations pertaining to payroll.

• Be responsible for all the administrative part related to the employee.

• Contracts, "addenda" and professional internship processes.

• Admissions and terminations in SS, Compensation Funds and daily administrative tasks.

• Analysis & Reporting.

• Full support to the Head of HR.

For this position, we are looking for a specialist professional with 2+ years of Proven work experience in the Admin & Payroll. Knowledge and experience in SAP is a plus.

Fluency in English is required. Excellent communication, analytic & critical thinking skills. Able to build relationship, innovation and good adaption to changing requirements.
