Our client is a company in the information technology sector. With national and international projects of various types. They are reinforcing their Human Resources team and for that reason, they are looking for a person for the position of IT Recruiter.
Your duties:
- Meeting the recruitment and talent attraction needs of the company and its clients;
- Conducting profile surveys, Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and external clients in order to understand business requirements and provide proactive support;
- Experience in working with ATS;
- Knowledge of the tools and technologies used in the IT area;
- Sourcing potential talent for the recruitment process;
- Elaboration and publication of advertisements;
- Accompany the entire recruitment process until the candidate is followed up;
- Complete the recruitment process by sending feedback to all applicants and closing the positions;
- Implementation of talent acquisition plans and strategies.
For this position we are looking for a person with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in recruitment specialized in IT. We are looking for a dynamic profile, with a taste for working in a fast-paced environment and good management of priorities and time.
Minimum level B1 in English.
