Our client is a company in the engineering, architecture, environment and sustainability consultancy sector for clients. With national and international projects of various types and scales, our client offers unique professional experience in the national market. They are reinforcing their Human Resources team and are therefore looking for a person for the position of Talent Acquisition.
Your duties:

Meeting the recruitment and talent attraction needs of the company;

Conducting profile surveys with the heads and managers of the business units;

Searching for potential talents for the recruitment process;

Preparation and publication of advertisements;
-
Use of candidate reference platforms;
-
Responsible for the integration of new employees into the company;

Support to the remaining internal HR processes.
For this position, we are looking for a person with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the recruitment area, specialised in engineering or IT, preferably. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic profile and a taste for working in a fast-paced environment. Availability to travel between Lisbon and Porto.
Minimum level C1 in English. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
