Talent Acquisition

Our client, a real estate development and investment management company is looking for a Talent Acquisition.

About the position:

- Identify and meet the recruitment needs;

- Recruitment from A-Z (from sourcing to negotiate and present offer packages);

- Contact with different recruitment channels;

- Assist managers in evaluating applicant qualifications as well as in the selection of candidates;

- Develop relationships with search firms, employment agencies, college placement personnel, etc;

- Maintain records and prepare reports if necessary;

- Source talents using a variety of creative techniques and seek new ways to attract local talent;

- Manage hiring managers expectations;

- Be aware of the company culture;

- Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for;

- On-board and follow up of new employees

For this role we are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in similar roles, having contact with international environments. Fluency in English is necessary as well as a good command on Excel.
