HRBP

Leading multinational in the Financial Service sector is currently searching a HRBP, for its facilities based in Lisbon.

The HRBP will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization

Reporting to the HR Director the HRBP. The main functions will be to:

• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions).

• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.

• Advising managers and employees on career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, remuneration and talent management processes, supporting team and focus reviews.

• Delivering the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, interviewing and final candidate selection.

• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding.

• Share constant update with managers on the HR tools and processes, the organisation, the HR strategy, and HR needs.

• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation.

• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

For this position, we are looking for a Senior professional with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Fluency in English is required. Excellent communication, time management, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Able to build relationship, innovation and good adaption to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment is valued.
