Our Client is a real estate development and investment management company and is currently searching for a HR Specialist, responsible for the general HR administration and payroll , for its offices based in Lisbon.
About the HR Specialist role:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for general managing of HR administrative processes; payroll processing & liaison with financial area; HR reporting and others.
The HR Specialist main functions will be to:
- Managing the general HR administrative processes
- Responsible for Insurances & Work Medicine organization and follow up
- Induct the joiners on administrative processes
- Managing Time & Attendance, including Vacations & Medical leaves plan
- Payroll processing & liaison with financial area
- HR Reporting and KPIs
For this position, we require a mid-Senior, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably, in a fast growing organization, in an international environment and in medium sized companies.
Having strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks per deadlines is essential to pursuit the HR Specialist role.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
