Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Leading multinational in the Financial Service sector is currently searching a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, for its facilities based in Lisbon.

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will work within the HR team to research, implement, and support the compensation and benefits structure of an organization.

Reporting to the HR Director the Compensation & Benefits Specialist. The main functions will be to:

• Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy.

• Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.

• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc).

• Create and analyze job descriptions　evaluations and classifications.

• Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.

• Apply effective communication strategies　and success metrics.

• Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys.

• Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field.

• Answering to all question the employees have related to benefits programs.　　

• Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.

For this position, we are looking for a Senior professional with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Fluency in English is required. Excellent communication, report, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Able to building relationship, innovation and good adaption to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment is valued.
