Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to incorporate a O&M Business Unit Division, related to renewable energy sector - Photovoltaic.
Included in the O&M Business Unit - Photovoltaic, our client is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, who will have the following responsibilities:

Devising and implementing O&M sales strategy and monitoring its effectiveness

Working with the Head of O&M to prepare budget and set goals aligned with O&M objectives

Setting revenue targets for O&M
-
Setting Key Performance Indicators for O&M sales
-
Setting guidelines/ marks for O&M negotiation of services contracts, in accordance with O&M strategy and targets
-
Setting guidelines for risk management and mitigation in line with O&M targets and strategy
-
Managing local O&M Sales Managers, ensuring they have the best possible conditions to perform they job
-
Developing his/ her team (training, coaching, etc.), assessing their performance and supporting their growth;
-
Analysing the current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information
-
Implementing and fostering a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales
-
Implementing and fostering best practices in sales techniques throughout the O&M Local Sales team

Manage O&M sales team: training needs update/ recruitment process/ career management
-
Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking processes
-
Ensuring that customer relationship management is being used effectively and providing a competitive advantage;
-
Ensuring that all O&M sales data are inserted in the company’s database solution (ERP/ CRM, etc.)

Spotting market opportunities for new costumers

Ensuring the submission of technically and commercially competitive bids, to achieve targeted order booking with Gross margin as per the agreed business plan for O&M
Requirements:
-
Engineering / Management degree MSC/ Bsc
-
At least 5 years of experience in project evaluation
-
Experience in management and negotiation of service contracts
-
More than 10 years of experience of management in Services business, specifically related to electrical systems
-
Costumer interfacing experience, from track-record in Services for third parties/ market
-
Strong experience and track-record in Solar PV Market
-
Knowledge of renewables technologies
-
Knowledge of the main manufacturer in renewables
-
MS Office domain
-
English proficiency
-
MBA or Management education is a plus
- Availability to travel
