Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians roles

Multinational Fresh Products Manufacturing Company is actually searching to strengthen their Maintenance teams recruiting several positions of Supervisors and Technicians for several of its facilities based in Portugal.

About the Supervisor and Technician roles (Lisbon and Porto)

Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians are a key role as they’ll veil to improve the manufacturing facilities optimum performance capacity in compliance with the PRL procedures. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and working on 3 shifts, their main functions will be to:

• Implement procedures and processes to ensure maintenance operations performance and quality
• Identify and deploy technical skills to lower corrective maintenance works
• Overpass the KPIs for each maintenance team to deliver best practice results
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies

Requirements

For these positions, we require mid-senior electrical/mechanical/electromechanical Technician with 5-years+ experience (Supervisor) / 2-years+ experience (Technicians) in a similar role within the Food, Bakery or Dairy industry and a proven track record of success.

Fluency in Portuguese, dynamism and proactivity skills are mandatory.
