Real Estate Director

Multinational Real Estate and Hospitality Startup is currently searching for a Real Estate Director for its operations in Portugal.

About the Real Estate Director role

The Real Estate Director is a key role for the organization as he/she will identify top-of-the-funnel business opportunities to optimum growth of the accommodation business on the Portuguese market.

Reporting to the Regional Real Estate Director, the Real Estate Director main assignments will be to:

• Grow portfolio of opportunities through strategic expansion plan focused on Hotel and Accommodation Service design and further implementation
• Manage and optimize existing key strategic accounts
• Network efficiently both developers and owners in the local market and manage deal structure and legal compliance
• Design, implement and monitor all activities (enhancement, quality audits, KPIs, etc.) to maintain to service quality level at its highest
• Support, comply and ensure complicity with Local and Sector regulations and compliance standards, and be always able to anticipate any change that could affect business growth

Requirements:

For this position located in Lisbon, we require a senior profile with 10 years+ experience in a managing, expansion or sales-oriented position in the Real Estate or Hospitality Services. The Real Estate Director should be a recognized and well-established professional on the Portuguese market.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory, a third European language such as Spanish or French is a strong plus. Strong analytic and strategic outlook Acquisition & Development, as well as a proven experience with a wide range of asset such as Hospitality, Commercial, Residential or Alternative.
