An important multinational manufacturer of HVAC products for residential integrated solutions specialized in renewable energies, aerothermy and photovoltaic is currently recruiting his Country Sales Manager (position based in Porto).
Reporting to the CEO, the Country Sales Manager main functions will be:
- Manage the consolidation and expansion of the residential HVAC products of the brand that are sold to Installer clients in Portugal.
- Responsible for the achievement of annual sales targets in Portugal set by the General Management. For this work, he will have the support of a team made up of more than 10 people for the country, with stronger presence in the north.
- Establish sales, marketing and advertising activities together with the marketing department and implement them with the sales team.
- Liaise with the Product Sales Manager and technical department, coordinate product training together with the commercial team and clients in different Showrooms located in Portugal.
- Promote sales with the commercial team, supporting them in the daily management of the most representative clients of the company.
- The Candidate will belong to the Management Committee of the company.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management or Technical Degree.
- Master's or Management Program completed will be valued.
- At least 10 years of experience in the HVAC sector (Very valuable residential / Commercial products).
- Experience in sales team management.
- Good command of Microsoft Office 365 and CRM.
- Proficiency in Portuguese as mother tongue.
- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English.
- Availability to travel in Portugal
