Engineering Manager (Metalomecanic)

An International Corporate Signage company - that provides engineering, project management, manufacturing, installation, logistics and maintenance services - based in Lisbon, is currently searching for its Engineering Manager to support the expansion of their operations on the Portuguese market.

About the Engineering Manager role

The Engineering Manager will oversee and coordinate the delineation work and technical activities of the projects on the national scope. Reporting to the General Manager, the Engineering Manager main functions will be to:

Manage and supervise the work developed by the draughtsmen;
Define and design manufacturing processes of the designed products;
Be aware of new products/materials and studying their potential implementation;
Support QHSE department throughout its daily tasks;

Requirements

For this position, we require a mid-Senior to Senior Engineer (Mechanical or Materials) with at least 7-years+ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing industry (such as metal mechanics or industrial metal structure manufacturer) or an infrastructure & construction company.

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is mandatory, English would be considered a plus.

Strong knowledge in Autocad and Project are required, as well a good understanding of PHC Manufactor.
