Director Fund Raising (Family Offices) - Real Estate

Our client, an investment group specialized in pan-European value-add real estate, is looking for a Sales Director in Portugal to develop their activity in the Portuguese market. This sales director will raise funds for Real State investments. Their clients are not institutional but rather family offices or wealthy families. They are looking for someone who has an active network of clients and experience in the real estate market.

With direct Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Director will have as main functions:

• Supervise and manage Partnership Relations (B2B) team members within the dedicated territory.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.
• Foster a collaborative culture and promote best practice sharing within the team.
• Maintain full command of all internal and external communication materials (financial press releases, investor presentations, management reports).
• Prepare and participate in roadshows.
• Organise and attend investor meetings (in-person and virtual).
• Establish and develop a relevant distribution and partner network.
• Respond to investor inquiries.
• Provide investment advisory services to clients as the designated lead contact.
• Monitor daily developments in the real estate offering and financial savings market, as well as French and European regulations relating to financial communication.
• Implement and develop investor targeting strategies and monitor competitors’ activities.
• Manage and update Investor Relations summary materials.
• Oversee product offering management and contribute strategic proposals
