About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and business-oriented candidate to provide organizational and executive support to the CEO, ideally with a Master’s in Business Administration and a strong understanding of finance or operations.
This position combines strategic and analytical responsibilities typical of a Chief of Staff role with the coordination and organizational focus, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO on high-impact global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Initiative Tracking: Monitor progress on company-wide programs and KPIs, prepare executive summaries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Leadership Coordination: Organize global leadership meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and align communications across multiple geographies.
- Business Analysis: Support performance tracking, financial reviews, and management dashboards for the CEO and leadership team.
- Executive Communication: Draft correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: help the CEO manage his calendar, travel, and logistics, and coordinate visits and events across international locations.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Ideal Profile
- MBA or equivalent Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Operations.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, or business operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across global time zones and multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, etc.).
- Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Portuguese, German, Mandarin, or Spanish are a plus.
