Consolidation Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Monthly preparation of consolidated accounts (actuals, forecasts, budgets) in compliance with current accounting principles (IFRS).
- Execution of intercompany reconciliations and follow‑up on discrepancies.
- Participation in IFRS‑related analyses depending on the closing cycle, such as:
- financial result review
- equity movement schedule
- provisions movement schedule
- IFRS 16 analyses
- sanity checks and financial consistency reviews
- Drafting of half‑yearly and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Preparation of internal and external reporting presentations for the Finance Department.
- Contribution to monthly reporting, forecasts and budget processes, supporting continuous development of the consolidation function.
- Collaboration in strategic and cross‑functional Group projects (e.g., refinancing processes, shareholder reporting, internal & external reporting initiatives).

Close interaction with several Finance departments and strong partnership with the SSC teams based in Lisbon.
Desired Profile
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting department, consolidation team, or audit firm.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles; IFRS exposure is highly valued.
- Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to take initiative.
- Strong teamwork skills and ease in collaborating with multicultural and international teams.
- Fluency in English is required; French is considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple finance stakeholders.
