Senior Cash Management Specialist

We are currently searching for a Senior Cash Management Specialist for an International Private Bank, for its offices based in Lisbon.

About the Senior Cash Management Specialist role

This person will be part of the client service team, and the main point of contact of corporate clients and its main responsibilities will be:

• Analyze and scope client requests
• Supporting corporate clients in day-to-day cash management issues
• Defining and updating project documentation
• Escalating risks and client incidents to management, sales, and coverage teams
• Measuring client satisfaction and SLA commitments
• Following-up on incident resolution, clients, or internal complaints
• Implementing e-banking tools

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in similar functions, has a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial operations, Client Management, Economics, Project Management and Consulting, Information Technology or other related field.

Our candidate must have project management skills, the will to develop and implement new processes, great attention to detail and excellent MS Excel skills as well as knowledge of market tools such as swift-net and conexis.

Our candidate must be native in Portuguese and be fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages would be a great asset.
