International automotive manufacturing and service company is currently searching for its Finance and Administration Manager for its site based in Greater Lisbon area.
About the Finance and Administration Manager role:
The Finance and Administration Manager is a key role for the organization and will veil for Finance, Treasury, Controlling, Procurement, IT and HR services. Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance and Administration Manager will ensure legal compliance, rigourous information management and will design and implement efficiency enhancement plan, control mechanisms setting up and ressources optimization. Its main function will be to:
- design and implement Strategic plans
- perform due diligence on new investments
- ensure accounting documents to be available on time
- monitor business Kpis, set up alarm system for the Board and activate corrective plans
- ensure good financial practices following corporate standards
For this position, we require a mid-senior/senior profile with 8years+ experience in a similar position in the Automotive/Industrial sector. The Financial and Administration Manager should have a strong knowledge in Financial Market, M&A and Due Diligence, IAS, IFRS, IFRIC and SNC.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory, a third European language such as French or German is a strong plus. Strong analytic and strategic outlook of manufacturing and service industries as well as proven leadership and communication skills.
